At Printmuseusa, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
Because all of our products are custom-made on demand, we handle each return or refund request individually to ensure fairness and quality assurance.


Eligible Return or Refund Situations

We gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted.

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design.

  • The print quality does not meet our production standards.

To submit a request, please contact us at printmuseusa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the product and the defect

We will evaluate your claim and respond with the next steps within 3–5 business days.


Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Situations

Because each product is printed on demand and custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.


Refund Method and Processing Time

If your claim is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.


General Return Policy for Google Compliance

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for any product issue.
Return shipping costs are covered by Printmuseusa if the item is defective or incorrect.
In all other cases, products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
